Meet the Owner

Patrick Wescott, Owner/Certified Home Inspector Pat has been performing home inspections since 2006. Throughout this time he has become a Certified NACHI Home Inspector. Pat's background includes a degree in Fire Science which focused on fire and life safety codes and building construction. In addition to being a home inspector, Pat was a fire fighter (Captain) for the Town of Windham, Maine. When not working, you can find him spending time with his family and enjoying all that Florida has to offer. He enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, sports and exploring new areas within this beautiful state. He has owned and renovated 23 buildings, newly constructed 2 homes and also managed several rental properties, renovated condemned buildings and purchased seasonal properties. If he does not know an answer to one of your questions, based on experience, he has many connections to reach out to.
QUALIFICATIONS:• Certified Home Inspector & NACHI Member (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) & Florida Licensed• Inspections meet or exceed NACHI & ASHI standards (American Society of Home Inspectors)• Graduate of Home Inspectors Institute CLASSES: ~Indoor Air & Toxic Material - 23 hours ~Perform Mold Inspections - 14 hours ~Florida Mold Assessor & Remediator - 14 hours ~Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) - 12 hours ~Advanced HVAC Inspections - 12 hours ~Roof Inspections - 8 hours ~Residential Electrical & Advanced Electrical - 8 hours ~Appliance Inspection for Homes - 8 hours ~Moisture Intrusion - 8 hours ~Residential Plumbing - 8 hours ~Wind Mitigation - 16 hours ~Attic Insulation & Ventilation - 14 hours
